The complete 2 unit locomotive #16, with a bit of editing..This is the next station 'inbound' from Omiya, Saitama Shin Toshin. I had noticed outbound trains [such as this one] stopping here for signals so came back for a spell to catch trains. The EH200's in this area are primarily used to haul oil north from Tokyo. [Saitama Shin Toshin='New Saitama City Center']

Looking rather toyish with its short frame and big wheels, the number 1 unit of EH200 #16 is certainly no toy; these locomotives turn 1,500VDC into an impressive 6,060 hp! They all sport the 'Blue Thunder Eco power' logo. These EH200's are Kawasaki products and have been in service since 2003.
